How it works

We run regular checks and automatically change our prices if a competitor sells the same item at a better price.

If you find a better price for an item you’ve already bought, you can fill out our form to request a refund.

As long as your price match is eligible, we'll arrange a refund for the difference to your original payment method. If you prefer the refund on the same day, then a Bank Transfer to your account is the best option.

How to qualify for a refund

We price-match purchases made on our website or app.

This means 14 days of placing the order, not the delivery. You can request a price promise refund before you've received your item. The lower-price item must be identical, including the same make.

  • It has to be in stock and ready for delivery.
  • It can be on a seasonal offer or promotion, but can’t be: reduced to clear, a multi-buy offer, sale, or reduced with a promo code.
  • We'll match lower prices from the last 14 days.

We’ll also match our prices if we’ve since dropped it ourselves up to 14 days after your purchase. When you fill out the form, you’ll need to include a screenshot or photo as proof of where you’ve found the lower price. You'll need to have your original order details ready as well.

When you’ll receive your refund

Once you’ve submitted the form, we’ll review your request and aim to get back to you within 48 hours. If you qualify for a refund, we’ll arrange a refund to your original payment method. It can then take up to 5 days for your bank to put the money in your account.
