Do you provide detailed invoices?

Yes, you get a detailed invoice automatically emailed with each order. You can also download your invoices from the account page. Invoices have all addresses and product details. 

Is there a minimum order value?

No minimum order value is necessary.

Do I have to register to order?

Yes To enable us to process your order, we need some information about you: shipping addresses, billing address, e-mail address, etc.

The creation of this account will also allow you to benefit fully from services offered by London Girl Cosmetics: parcel tracking, creating a list of your favorite products, viewing past orders, etc.

How do I order?

Browse and shop the website, add items to your basket, and checkout when ready. If there are any issues contact us. We recommend you create an account before adding items to the basket, this way your items are saved to the basket.

What payment methods do you accept?
We Accept Payment with Clear-Pay, Klarna and debit/credit cards.
 
Bank transfers are a secure payment method and a good option for our customers. 2% off on all items when choose to pay by Bank Transfer, and in some cases if you request a return or refund we do refund same-day, when we receive your returned package.
    Now we offer to buy and pay later on orders over £50 with clear-pay and Klarna.

    Do You Ship Outside The UK?

    We deliver only to addresses within the United Kingdom Mainland.

    What is your delivery time frame?

    We aim to dispatch your order the same day if placed by Noon otherwise it will be shipped the next day. Delivery is 99% the next day however it can take a maximum of 2 working days for UK mainland orders.

    I am not happy with my order or received damaged or incorrect goods, what can be done?
