Delivery Information
Order Processing Time
Please allow up to three working days for us to process your order. We do not offer guaranteed next-day delivery due to the volume of orders received and the nature of the business.
Upon receiving your order, our Picking Team will pick up your order as quickly as possible. If any items are out of stock from your order, a member of our Sales Team will let you know either via phone or email. We can offer you alternative items to replace the missing items, or cancel and send the remaining order.
We work hard to ensure products are in stock, however, this is not always possible due to the volume of orders and the huge range of products we stock. Once your order has been processed and payment has been received in full, we will ship your parcel for delivery usually the next working day from the time of dispatch, however, this is not guaranteed due to factors outside our control.
Cut off Times
If your order has been received after noon on any weekday, it may be processed on the next working day.
Any orders placed on Friday noon onwards, over the weekend, or on public holidays will only be processed on the following working day.
Delivery Charges
Please note all prices quoted are for one parcel only. If your order requires more than one parcel this will incur additional charges. We will contact you to request additional payment before the dispatch of your order. All our orders are shipped within the UK mainland.
